The following forms are meant for administrative and teaching staff from our partner institutions within the Erasmus+ Key Action 171 exclusivly. Please do not use these forms for any other programmes.
Mobility Agreement:
The details of the individual stay are set forth in the Mobility Agreement. The mobility agreement must be signed by the visiting staff member, the host institution (in this case the responsible faculty representative at JGU), and the home institution of the visiting staff member. Please upload a scanned copy of the Mobility Agreement with your Erasmus+ application via our mobility tool MoveON.

Confirmation of Stay:
This document needs to be signed by a representative from the hosting institution at JGU. The original remains with the visiting staff member, but please submit a scan via upload to MoveON after your stay.
