Meeting such a large number of highly motivated students at the well attended BIP Summer School "Ideas that come true" truly inspired me. Numerous interesting discussion outside the formal curriculum reinvigorated my passion for physics, and witnessing the great interest for our physics program in Mainz was truly motivating. Seeing how other lecturers teach their complicated subjects to B.Sc. students further gave me new ideas for teaching.
